Mon - Fri: 9am-1pm / 2pm-4pm / 5pm-7pm
(There are no Vets available between 1pm and 2pm)
Sat: 9am - 1pm
Sun & Bank Holidays: 10am - 11am (For sick animals / Emergencies only)
Whilst we run by appointments, we do understand that emergencies may occur and should you need our help please contact us.
The Clinic is open daily from 9am to 7pm for food and medication collections (except lunch from 1pm - 2pm)
About Us
Our Background
- The O'Scanaill family has a long tradition of service to the people of Swords and the surrounding areas in North County Dublin, which goes back to the founding of the Veterinary Practice by Tadhg O'Scanaill in 1949. The Practice Clinic is located at Pinnock Hill roundabout and was opened in 2001 by Conor and Tadhg O'Scanaill.
- The Practice has hospital status and is fully equipped with the latest available technology to help us cater for all your pets' needs. We look forward to welcoming you to our Clinic.
Experienced Veterinarians
- We are a Practice of five Vets, five Nurses, Nursing Assistant and four Front of House Admin staff. The logo on our floor says 'All Creatures Great and Small' and that is indeed who we cater for 'all creatures'. Whilst we predominantly welcome small animals to our clinic, from reptiles, rabbits, cats and dogs, we also have facilities to cater for the larger animals too. We regularly have horses undergoing treatment in our stables and calves and sheep are also regular visitors.
