Thank you.
Thank you to all our clients and their pets, for their understanding, patience and assistance in helping us adapt to the changes that we had to implement to the way we run the Clinic over the last number of months.
The weather has been kind and this has helped us greatly in being able to meet with you all and consult from the garden and car park and thus manage to socially distance.
We are extremely grateful.

🦠 Corona Virus Update 🦠
We have made a few more changes to our policies over the last week to protect our staff and our clients. 👩🏻⚕️🧑🏽⚕️👨🏻⚕️
🐶🩺We are only available to see 🚑emergencies and essential appointments.
🐱Non essential appointments are for example booster vaccinations, nail trims, clinical check ups.
🐰We are asking clients on arrival in the car park to phone and let us know they are there and to wait in their car for the vet/ nurse. We will then take your pet from you. Unfortunately we are not allowing clients to be present with their pet. We will treat your pet and then return them back to you, inform you to what we have done and what/if further treatment is needed.
🐹Essential appointments are:
Puppy, kitten vaccines, any type of injury that needs urgent attention, animals in pain. If you have any queries you can contact the clinic and speak to a nurse who can further advise you.
🥼 💉We are not performing any non essential surgeries until further notice such as neutering, lump removals (unless deemed necessary by the vet).
💊We are still dispensing medication and providing pet food.
For medication please call 24hrs beforehand and order your pet's prescription and we are asking where possible to pay over the phone before arriving at the clinic.
📱💳Where possible payment over the phone is recommended.
Thank you to all our clients for you patience with us at this time, hopefully we can all stop the virus together and we can get back to normality as soon as possible.
We would ask you to please phone prior to coming to the Clinic to arrange an appointment / to order medication / to arrange to collect food.
We are now only available by appointment. We will have a Vet and Nurse available to treat emergencies and sick animals only. We would ask you to please ring ahead and make an appointment.
On arrival, the front door will be closed. Please either ring the door bell or phone the clinic (8900380) and let us know you are there and we will come outside to you.
Please bear with us as we may be treating another emergency when you arrive, but we will get to you.
We appreciate that your pets require repeat medication. Our orders are still being delivered, albeit some have a slight delay.
As per normal practice, please contact us by phone and order your medication in advance. Please give us as much notice as possible, ideally 24 hours notice.
On arrival at the Clinic to collect your prescription please ring the door bell / phone 8900380 and we shall come out to
Our food deliveries are still arriving, albeit there is a slight delay in some of the ranges. We carry a large selection of Royal Canin, HIlls, Burns and Calibra.

On arrival at the Clinic to collect your order, please ring the door bell / phone 8900380.
We may be dealing with a patient at the time so please bear with us.
To help prevent the spread of this virus we are all reminded to keep our distance from each other. Please help us to maintain this when you visit the Clinic.
Please avail of the hand sanitizer also available at the Clinic.
From Nellie and everyone at the Clinic, thank you for your patience and understanding in dealing with the changes we have had to implement.
We hope that we can get back to our normal ways very soon.
